Your local USA Dance Board continues to work hard bringing opportunities for you to dance. We want you to be able to enjoy all the positive benefits that dancing, and music bring. The USA Dance – Louisville Chapter is a vibrant community dedicated to sharing the joy of ballroom and social dancing. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, our chapter welcomes you to learn, connect, and experience the magic of dance in a friendly, inclusive environment.
Our Commitment to Community
Beyond the dance floor, we are dedicated to growing and enriching the dance community in Louisville. We support dance education, youth programs, and local partnerships, working to make ballroom and social dancing more accessible. Through outreach and collaboration, we strive to share the joy of dance with more people.
What We Do
We host social dances, lessons, and community events while focusing on supporting youth programs and fostering the growth of youth dance groups. Additionally, we promote competitive ballroom dance as a recognized sport and art form.

Our mission
At USA Dance – Louisville Chapter, our mission is to promote and grow the love of ballroom and social dancing within our local community. We strive to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where dancers of all ages and skill levels can connect, learn, and enjoy the art of movement. Through social dances, educational programs, and outreach, we aim to inspire, unite, and enrich lives through dance while supporting the broader mission of USA Dance nationwide.
It Takes a Village to Dance
A Community Effort, A Shared Passion
At USA Dance – Louisville Chapter, we’re all volunteers. From the board members to the DJs, from setup to cleanup, everything is done by passionate dancers who give their time to keep our community thriving. We handle guest check-ins, music, decorations, food, membership tracking, and even running this website—all because we love dance and want to share it with you.
A huge thank you to everyone who pitches in, whether it’s organizing events, moving chairs, or keeping the energy alive. This chapter exists because of you!
