Attend a Louisville USA Dance Chapter social dance, fill out a membership form, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s the perfect way to join while experiencing the fun firsthand!

MAIL YOUR FORM
Prefer the traditional way? Print and fill out your membership form, then mail it along with your check. Once received, your membership will be activated.

Membership Categories
Please review the categories to determine which membership best suits your needs. All Social Dancer memberships are based upon the anniversary date when you paid your membership dues. Ballroom Division memberships are structured annually - Jan 1 to Dec 31. We look forward to your participation in our dance community!
Social Dancers
Social Dance Advocate $45
Dances for enjoyment and works to improve and does not compete. May include retired Ballroom Division Athlete. While tangible benefit of Ballroom Dancer and Social Dancer are the same, those selecting this category have the satisfaction of knowing the difference in rate is donated to USA Dance to allow us to continue our work. Selection of this category is optional. This is not a competitor category.
Social Adult Dancer $35
Enjoys and appreciates the physical, mental, and social benefits of ballroom dancing.
Social Youth Dancer $10
A social dancer under the age of 18. Often a family member or friend of adult member.
Social Dance Teacher $60
An individual who is engaged in the teaching of social dance who does not compete as a professional and does not instruct those who will be competing in USA Dance events.
Ballroom Division
Adult Ballroom Athlete $70
A competitive dancer who is age 18 or above.*
Student Ballroom Athlete $25
A competitive dancer who is age of 18 or above but below age 35 and is enrolled in school full time.*
Minor Ballroom Athlete $20
A competitive dancer who is below the age of 18.*
Pro/Am Amateur Ballroom DanceSport Athlete (Reduced to $25 for 2024)
An amateur competitive dancer who is age 18 or above who only competes as the amateur in a pro/am partnership.
Professional Ballroom Athlete $75(Reduced to $25 for 2024)
A competitive dancer who declares him or herself as a professional or dances as a professional in competition.
DanceSport Ballroom Official $95
An individual who serves in an official capacity,(i.e. Adjudicator, Invigilator, Organizer, Chair of Adjudicators, WDSF Adjudicator, etc.) in the field of DanceSport and/or ballroom dance.
DanceSport Ballroom Coach $65
An individual, who is not an adjudicator, engaged in the physical and mental training and guiding of DanceSport Amateur and Professional Athletes.
DanceSport Ballroom Supporter $40
A dedicated supporter of Ballroom DanceSport.
DanceSport: Special Olympics Ballroom Athlete $0
Qualifies for participating in Special Olympics competitions only.
DanceSport: Unified Sports ® Partner $0
Dance Partner of Special Olympics Athlete –for participating in Special Olympics only.
DanceSport: Special Olympics Coach $0
An individual, who is not an adjudicator, engaged in the physical and mental training and guiding of Special Olympics DanceSport Athletes.
Breaking Division
Breaking Athlete $40
A competitive athlete who is age 18 or above*.
Breaking Teen Athlete $25
A competitive athlete who is age 13 to 17*.
Breaking Youth Athlete $20
An amateur competitive athlete age 12 and under*.
Breaking non‐Adjudicator Official $25
An individual who serves in an official capacity in the field of DanceSport Breaking Division, but not as an adjudicator (i.e. emcee, dj, comp organizer, etc.).
Breaking DanceSport Advocate $40
Any individual who does not actively compete, but who wants to show support for the DanceSport initiatives of USA Dance. This would include former athletes, parents or other family members of athletes, and general supporters of DanceSport in the Olympics.
Breaking Adjudicator Official $40
An individual who serves in an official capacity in the field of DanceSport Breaking Division including an adjudicator (i.e. judge, scrutineer, invigilator, comp organizer, chairperson, etc.).
*Memberships are calculated on a calendar year basis and will be valid through December 31st of the given year. Age classifications are based upon the individual's birthday, which occurs within the calendar year. For example, if a minor/youth/teen were to register on January 6th and they turn 18 on November 17th, they will need to register as an adult even though they do not turn 18 until later in the year.
